Land
use entitlements were required for the development of a unique
mixed-use retail/business park and hotel in Pittsburg, California.
Solution:
Zell
& Associates developed a political strategy and managed an
advocacy program designed to obtain discretionary approvals
from the City of Pittsburg Planning Commission and City Council.
Success:
The
Loveridge Center, which includes 200,000 square feet of office
space and 160,000 square feet of self storage, began construction
in 2002.
